Lee Johnson

Lee joined PES on a full time basis in August 2022 having previously had a successful career in education. Lee has over 10 years crowd management experience in  a variety of roles and venues, previously specialising in main stage supervision at venues including Manchester Arena, Manchester Academy, Manchester Apollo and Parklife. Lee was also the Stage Security Advisor at the MTV EMA World Stage in Bilbao, 2018.

Since joining PES, Lee has undertaken Head of Security  and Assistant Head of Security roles at a number of high profile events such as Neighbourhood Festival, Manchester Pride Live, Sundown Festival as well as a number of events at Doncaster Dome including Kasabian, Blossoms, Louis Tomlinson and Morrissey.

Lee is currently studying for a number of  industry specific and general management qualifications to further his experience and expertise.
