Having started his journey in crowd management at Showsec, he progressed through the ranks, becoming Area Manager within 3 years. Undertaking personal development Mark achieved a BA Hons in Crowd and Safety Management at Derby University and with a wealth of operational management, Mark is regarded very highly within the industry. The ability to provide a simple solution to the most complex crowd management issue is an area where his years of experience shine through.
